The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from a mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything needed. The rooms are well-maintained, airy, and equipped with effective air conditioning making them very comfortable.

The breakfast timings were not ideal, and the staff did not always keep up with the dishes, which could be frustrating. the wifi was not strong enough for online work, and the curtains did not effectively block out light.

This place has a great location in the central area, making it easy to reach main attractions by walking or taking a taxi to the airport.

Had a great Easter getaway at this hotel! Complimentary breakfast and rooftop terrace with city view were definitely a highlight. Prime location just a short walk from the main square and mall. the staff were incredibly welcoming and spoke English with ease. My favorite part was the cozy atmosphere of the hotel lobby.

There were a few minor drawbacks. One morning I was accidentally woken up three times by staff, with one even entering my room without knocking.

We had a great time at this hotel located in a calm and safe area of the city. Our room was comfortable with a luxurious bathroom and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of warm and cold options. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city and the convenient grocery store nearby. the air conditioning was effective and the TV had international channels.

We found one design issue in our room that made it difficult to lock the door without a torch.

The hotel looks organized and nice inside. The terrace has a nice view. The TV has all international channels. The location is around 15 minutes walk to freedom square however it is a way up on upper neighbourhood, but it is 7 minutes far from crowded areas by taxi. The breakfast is nice. Grocery nearby opens till maybe 2 am. The room has a closet and safe box. It is safe around the area though it is empty.
